We have designed Tuckaway for the comfort and convenience of our guests.
We have housekeeping cabins, with two bedrooms, bath, kitchen and sitting
room. Meals are not provided, however, there are local restaurants nearby.
Each cabin is supplied with bedding, towels, cooking
utensils, a microwave, dishes and firewood for the wood stove. When
you take a midday break, you can sit on your cabin’s front porch
and watch the Miramichi waters slide by. The lower Home Pool is a five-minute
walk from your front door; in fact, all of our pools are within a mile
of the cabins. We allow our guests to set their own fishing schedules.
When the fishing’s hot, there’s no dinner bell calling you
back to camp.
We are conveniently located within a mile of McCloskeys General store which can provide you with some of New Brunswick's finest cuts of meat. They also sell beer, wine, spirits and whatever other provisions you may need.
Tuckaway is also located within half a mile of the local fire and ambulance service.
Rates
and Policies
We require a minimum deposit of 30% to secure your reservation. The remainder
is payable upon arrival.
We accept cash and cheques. Click the Paypal button to pay your deposit
online!
Our rates are among the most competitive available on the entire river.
When comparing please keep in mind we are licenced, insured and graded
for your peace of mind.
Trips start at only $ 275 per day + HST (based on double occupancy). This
includes accommodations, professional guide and quality private pools.
Group rates available for six or more persons. Corporate clients are welcome.
Companies are discovering we offer a great atmosphere for team building
and casual meetings.
Our rates are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax (HST) in NB is 13%. Rebates
may sometimes apply.
